Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
At Star Nails and Spa LLC, we understand that life happens! However, to respect the time of both our staff and other clients, we kindly enforce a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this helps us provide the best service to everyone we care for. Thank you for valuing our time as much as we value yours!
Fix & Redo Policy
At Star Nails, we want you to truly love your nails. We stand behind the quality of our work and always aim to make sure every set leaves you happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy with your nails, please contact us within 24 hours (1 day) of your original appointment. We will gladly assess the issue and, if it’s due to product application or service error, we will offer a complimentary fix. Please note that changes in design, color, or personal preference are not considered fixes and will require a paid appointment.
Complimentary fixes cover issues like lifting, peeling, or breakage caused by product or application problems, or small touch-ups due to a service slip on our part. They do not cover damage caused by client activity, accidents after you leave the salon, or design or color changes after the appointment is completed. Requests made after the 24 hours window may not be eligible.
To request a fix, please send us a message with a clear photo of the issue and a brief description. We will work with you to find a time that fits the schedule as soon as possible. Please remember: the best time to address concerns is during your appointment, so we can adjust anything right away before you leave. Thank you for trusting us with your nails!
